We started in the year 2024, since our inception, we have reached hundreds of children and families, providing them with the tools and techniques to support that they need to navigate mental health challenges. Our initiatives have been shown to improve emotional resilience, reduce anxiety and depression, and foster a supportive community for all.
Cell phone Use In Schools
We reached out to the Ministry of Education in Alberta and requested a review social media and phone policies in the schools. We believe that this was an important step to take for the uninterrupted education for the kids.
We hosted events focused on children's mental health, meditation, and workshops. These events provided a supportive environment where kids could learn about mental wellness through engaging activities and interactive sessions. The meditation sessions taught mindfulness techniques to help children manage stress and improve their emotional well-being. Additionally, the workshops offered practical tools and strategies for both kids and their parents to foster a healthy mental and emotional landscape. These activities were well-received, creating a positive and nurturing space for young minds to thrive.
Youth Soccer Event
We also arranged a soccer event with our partner Rangers for kids, which was a fantastic addition. The soccer event not only promoted physical health but also encouraged teamwork, discipline, and fun. It was a great way for children to engage in physical activity while building social skills and confidence. This event was well-received, creating a positive and nurturing space for young minds to thrive.
